Engineering:
We follow 3-Dimensional models in Catia, Pro-E, Unigraphics, Ideas, Solid works & Auto-cad (2D) in the design & development of the components.
Our Engineering & quality team have working knowledge & understanding of the elements of Advance Production Quality Plan (APQP) used in the development of new product in the automotive industry. The purpose is to develop a product quality plan which will support development of a product or service to satisfy the customer |

Tool Open Condition:
We have our dedicated tool room with well equipped machinery for development of moulds.The best of the steel is used for the mould such as Stavax, H-13, HCHCr, Oil Hardened Non Distorted Steel (OHNS) & P-20.
During development, we can provide, Rapid Prototype Tool & Rapid Prototype Samples (RPT). |

Tool Maintenance:
Utmost care and importance is given to mould maintenance with a well equipped maintenance facility includes polishing bench, grinding & lapping system using split Mandrels etc.
Preservation and proper lubrication of the moulds are practiced for enhanced mould efficiency and tool life. |

Raw material Testing:
To ascertain right composition of the raw material we have an MOU with Centre Institute of Plastic Engineering Testing (CIPET) for test & analysis of plastic raw and finished materials. As a third party premiere institute, CIPET caters needs of growing plastic processing industries like us. |
